The Chaos update

    You have waited long enough, for one of the biggest updates since the BigBang (BB), and now its finally here! the Chaso update.

      Jumpstart Characters. The basic concept of this Jumpstart character is this. If you have a level 70+ character in any world you are eligible for a free level 50 jumpstart character! However, don't get too excited because sadly Nexon has limited the number of characters per account and the class of the chararcters.

     

      This mean that you can only create 1 of the following class per account; Aran, Evan, and dual blade. You would have all skills you would normal have at level 50, however i'm not sure if you can create your own skill build or if Nexon has made the build for you. But, im sure if Nexon made a skill build for you a lot of the players would be greatly disappointed.

      Furthermore, Nexon has also provided all jumpstart characters with special gifts, that means the following. Level 40-50 equip ( i doubt that it will be scrolled ).
                       Some restorative items, i think that it will include some sp or ap resets.
                       A chair O.o way to go!

                       And wtf? 500k mesos? what good will that do?

Alright! the more clear picture. At level 50 Snow Charge is at 20 which is maxed, but Combo Fenrir is at 1, so i can assume this, Snow Charge is a maxed skill, but Combo Fenrir isn't. =D



The Rex Earrings

As you may all know, somehow the rex earring have been a huge hit ever since it was released. There are different kinds of earring for each class, for example the green earring are mostly use for mages, while rex's blue earring for mostly belong to the rouge class. So how do you get these earrings? well one of the most common way is to get is from the Hoblin PQ, at the end of this pq you get the earrings.

click on the door of dimension and find the hobile PQ (resurrection of the hoblin king) the NPC is Shammons

To the basics of the PQ is this, you are to assist Shammons on a mission, how ever he doesn't tell what what it's actually about. All you know is that you MUST protect Shammons in the pq, eliminate any monsters that tries to attack Shammons. A arrow will appear at the top of Shammons head to provide you with his location, DO NOT leave Shammons unattended for over 30 seconds or you will fail the PQ; a good strategie is to walk where he walks, for every step he takes, you do the same. (pictures will be provided)

There will be jumping involved, but don't be frightened, it's just a few platforms and some rope climbing.

After a while you stop at a wanted poster of Shammons, he tells you it's nothing and you should push forward  O.o how weird =P (pics comming soon )

At the end of the PQ you realised that Shammons tricked you, and he summons Rex!

Rex, he really isn't that strong =P maybe it's because he rides on a pig of some sort?

btw, see the green skull? beside his helm? that's what the earring looks like =D

Anyways after you defeat him you will either get, mount (the saddle, is that i got on the first time) and maybe the earrings, the leader of my party traded me and passed it to me, i had no idea if Rex dropped it or the leader gets it, but i'll will find it out.

The first picture update?

I have been trying to explore around the Phantom Forest in NLC for the first time with out and help... some of the pictures are taken and much of the bosses, monsters, and tricks are recorded. =) sadly, i forgot to save the photos in a storage device =( so i'll try to get all the pictures updated by Wednesday. I'll be also showing you guys (for those of you who don't know yet) how to get the Rex earrings. And finally! i will be doing a huge coverage of the upcoming GMS choas update!

The extinction of fire poisons?

When ever you spot a mage in Maple, you always notice the same thing. job: ice/lighting, cleric, evan, battle mage, KoC. my question is where are the fire poisons? As a f/p my self i have noticed one thing ever since i started playing Maple (that's about 2 years ago) where are all the fire poisons? According to Ojiji's blog, fire poison mages were actually quite popular back when maple first started with their near v0 patches/server/game. I have seen many f/p players back in 2005 on a lot of videos. so my question is where are all the fire poisons?
When im hunting at jesters or the sharks, i own that place, no hermit or mechanic or even other mages could ever ks me ( but i always let them share XD ). so why are there so few fire poisons?
when we think of hunting, its usually damage and rate of attack comes first right? but think of is this way. lets say that with the 3rd job explosion you could attack 6 monsters and once, and takes about 0.5 to 1 second to cast, plus with poison mist's and tele mastery's bouns damage, you could do a heck of a damage with them all added up; maybe at 25k damage at level 80? well i know some other "over powered" job that could achieve close to this damage. but not above. so tell me, what do you think?

Hey guys, what up? i have been on Google all month trying to find the "perfect" maplestory blog, i have taken note that some of the best Maplestory blogs are either closed, shut down, or inactive. For example, as many of you would know, one of the most successful blogs out there is "spadow.wordpress.com/" I personally have been a huge fan of his blog about the KMS and KMST for a while, however sadly due to some un explained reason, Spadow have quit or momentarily quit his blog, another not so famous blog as many of you might know is Ojiji's Maplestory. This more of an adventurous blog is towards the Mapler Ojiji's as she posts many amazing and humorous Maple 2005 to 2007 screen shots. However, my blog is going to be different from both of them, it's going to include of the GMS features not covered by spadow, and the more of an updated and active 2011 Maple not covered by Ojiji =D

There are also similarities to the "famous blogs" i will, just like Ojiji would post pictures of my adventure, and as for Spadow? well lets just say that is will be an upcoming feature to all the future events, i will re-cover all the updates of the bigbang, and the choas.

I hope to post my blogs weekly if not monthly, and cover most if not all of the events; well enough with me chatting endlessly now hope that you will look forward to my first upcoming blog. =D
